I have been a stitchin machine...

Happy Monday Afternoon...  Well, the last couple weeks have been pretty long and hard.  Bre was so amazing and helped with pretty much everything for her friends funeral and wake.. It all turned out beautiful and it was so nice to see so many turning out to show their love....but I am sure glad it's over... She was so sad the whole week and that made me sad... All the crying got my migraine acting up for a couple days..darn things...

Other than that... I finished a couple friend pillows.  This picture of it on my shelf is sort of dark so I think I might take another...  If inteterested, you can find the details here

but not much of anything else to offer as I got 9 orders for my Nana pillows... It is so fun to see all the special names that Grandma and Nana's are called...  I got them all stitched up, stuffed and tonight I have to close them up and stain them...  Once they are all done I will post photos so you can see the cute names..

On Saturday it was so windy and snowing and just miserable.. but.... I wanted to go look at some antique shops we hadn't been to yet so we braved the weather but...as I was walking out to my truck to get my gloves, I slipped and fell..  Boy is my arm sore still... My sewing arm too.. uh oh....  Other than a little scrape on my hand and it was a little embarrassing...I think I will heal up quick..  As for the shopping, I was on the hunt for some old flash cards with words on them but do you think I could find any.. Nope.. darn...  I did get a small package of old valentines and some vintage lace and trim...but nothing too exciting...

I can't wait for work to be over today.. I didn't get any sleep last night for some reason and I have been soooo tired today... I even closed my eyes for a while at lunch which I don't think helped, I was even more groggy after that...teehee...  I think this girl is going to call it an early night tonight...

Well, that's about it for this post.. Hope it all finds you doing well... I am sure glad you decided to stop by and visit.. Until next time...
Hugs, Tina

check out Shirley Hudsons etsy shop, Hudsons hoidays. She sells flash cards, not vintage but a little tea stain can fix that!:)
