Need your help blog friends

Hello friends!  I need your help.  I have been trying to figure this out on my own but don't think I am doing it quite right.  I want to add some tabs to my blog to list items I have for sale.

I have gone in and tried to add pages but don't know if this is the right way of doing it or if there is another, easier way.

And.....  when I post a new item for sale on the sale page, does it also post to my main page so that all my followers can see my update?

I sure appreciate any help you can give me...  This is a learning experience every day I think.. hehe..

Hope everyone is having a safe and wonderful day.. Sounds like alot of blog friends are dealing with a mean Mother Nature lately!  Tina

I have put separate pages on my blog...If I add something on say my decoupage page it doesn't show on my main...so I will be prob changing the layout of my blog and creating a selling blog or just have a main and a selling page, that shows all the items for sale..It takes alot of adding deleting but we'll figure it out eventually..:-}

The 'PRIMITIVES FOR SALE' just brings up your home page. If there is another blog, you need to correct your link. What I was trying to say was you should just list a few things on your sidebar, give general info including price and your email addy.
You can change some of your other sidebar postings to below your 'Older Posts' options. You can move your profile or blog list or even the giveaways down there. Use your sidebar to list the items you want to sell. Remove giveaways as soon as they are over. List them according to expiration. Remove sale items as soon as they are gone. Offer 'sale' prices. I'm sure there are other tricks that I am not remembering right now. Good luck, Tina!

Hi Tina, I do a multi-step process on my selling blog to make sure everyone can find what they are looking for. For each new listing I do a blog post, then add a link to that post on my sidebar with a picture and a price for the item then ALSO add a link on my pages to that post. I have a separate page for each season. If you just post your item to your page, it will not show up as a new post in your blog feed. Hope that's somewhat clear! Deb
